Justin D. Trippel, MA, BCBA, LBA, Co-Owner
Dakota earned his Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2022. An avid golfer, he also has a strong dedication to helping children develop meaningful, functional skills that enrich their everyday lives. Together, he and Madelyn opened the clinic to provide a fun, supportive space where kids and team members alike can grow, learn, and feel valued.
Madelyn M. Trippel, LOTR, Co-Owner
Madelyn earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from LSU Health Shreveport in 2022. She has a love for creating and enjoys baking sourdough and crafting in her free time. Her true passion lies in supporting children and families, helping them thrive both in and outside of therapy. Together, she and Dakota founded the clinic with the vision of building a positive, welcoming environment where both employees and children look forward to coming each day.

“Our practice proudly opened its doors in October of 2024 with a heartfelt mission: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism and Developmental Delays in our community. Together we recognized the need for a place where families could find not only support and expert care, but also hope. Our values are strongly rooted in Christian faith and a commitment to serving others. We’ve built a work environment centered on compassion, integrity, and a tireless work ethic. From day one, our goal has been to create lasting change—not just in the lives of the children we serve, but also within our team, by fostering a culture that uplifts, empowers, and reflects the love of Christ in all we do.”
