Katelyn, born and raised in Tenaha, Texas, graduated from East Texas Baptist University, December 2020, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She began her career in the pediatric field in 2021 as a RBT, where she worked closely with children and families to support behavioral development and improve daily functioning. In 2023, Katelyn transitioned into an administrative role, where she continues to make a meaningful impact by managing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. From the beginning of Generations of Hope in 2024, she is deeply passionate about helping children and families enhance their quality of life—and equally committed to supporting the staff who make that care possible. Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys traveling to new places across the country!
