Mackenzie Blackwell, BS, BCaBA
Mackenzie completed her undergraduate degree at Grand Canyon University in 2023 and joined our team in August 2025. She is currently continuing her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as she works toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through Ball State University. Mackenzie is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and shopping!
James Green, BS, Intern
James has been in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field since 2023 and brings a strong commitment to supporting individuals through evidence-based practices. He graduated from Louisiana State University – Shreveport in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is continuing his efforts to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). James joined our team in 2025 and is passionate about making a positive impact through behavioral support. In his free time, he enjoys playing pool, driving his car, and spending time with his family!
Leticia Hunt, RBT
Leticia joined our growing team in 2025 and has quickly made a positive impact. Although new to the field of ABA, her passion for working with children and improving their quality of life shines through in everything she does! With a strong work ethic and a creative approach, Leticia is always finding new and engaging ways to support the children she works with in therapy. Her enthusiasm and dedication bring a fresh and valuable energy to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, staying organized, and embraces being a mom!
Ian Boyett, RLT
Ian began his career in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), November 2025. He is passionate about helping children because he can see the positive impact it has on their lives and the immense benefits it brings. In Ian’s spare time, he enjoys building and repairing cars.
Brittany Easley, RBT
Brittany joined our team in 2025 with a background in early childhood development, education, and ABA. She is passionate about supporting each child’s individual growth and believes in helping children learn in ways that feel encouraging, meaningful, and confidence-building. She enjoys getting to know each child’s strengths and using those strengths to help them reach new goals. She is continuing her education to further her career in ABA and is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and other creative projects, spending time with her corgi, Mötley, listening to music, and family game nights.
Shelby Loftin, RBT
Shelby’s work in ABA spans nearly a decade and includes experience across clinical, school, and in-home settings. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to ethical practice, individualized programming, and fostering environments where clients feel supported and understood. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in social work and plans to pursue a master’s degree to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She approaches her work with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong belief in continuous growth—for both clients and providers. Her goal is to deliver services that are not only effective, but also meaningful and sustainable for the individuals and families she serves.
Elfrieda Rumell, AS, RBT
Elfrieda has been in the ABA field for 11 years, beginning her journey in her home state of Hawaii. With an Associate’s Degree in Social Science and ongoing studies at Ball State University, she joined our team in November 2024, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the team. Passionate about creativity and honest expression, Elfrieda is driven by determination, grit, and a deep care for others. Her goal is to build a life rooted in freedom and continuous growth, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys gaming, exploring nature, and constantly seeking new opportunities to learn!
Carlina Shields, BS, RBT
Carlina, a proud member of the class of 2022 from Northwestern State University, joined our team in January 2025. Over the past year, she has grown tremendously in the field of ABA, deepening her skills and confidence in supporting children’s development. Carlina is passionate about guiding and encouraging children to recognize their own potential—helping them believe in themselves until they truly do. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, singing, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows. Her positive energy and dedication make her an inspiring part of our team. Her enthusiasm and commitment continue to inspire everyone around her!
Tierra Thrash, AS, RBT
Tierra joined our team in December 2024 and has been working in Applied Behavioral Analysis since 2022. Eager to grow her career in pediatrics, she wants to obtain her certification as an occupational therapy assistant (COTA). Tierra is deeply passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives. Outside of work, she embraces her role as a first-time mom and enjoys dancing and cooking in her free time. Her warmth and playful sense of humor make her a joy to work with and a valued member at Generations of Hope!
Madilyn Hill, RLT
Madilyn began her journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in late 2025, driven by her passion for helping children grow. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS) and is expected to graduate in 2028. Following graduation, Madilyn plans to continue her education and work toward a career in counseling, where she hopes to make a meaningful impact!
Bailey Waits, RBT
Bailey joined our team at the beginning of 2025, bringing with her recent ABA experience from her home state of Texas. Her kind-hearted nature and dependable, all-in attitude have already made a meaningful impact on the children she works with. Bailey’s dedication to thoughtful, consistent care adds tremendous value to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, gaming, diving into home projects, and taking magical Disney trips whenever she can!
Ellie Wooten, BA, RBT
Ellie joined our team in 2025 and has quickly become a compassionate and dedicated presence. She deeply values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the clients she serves, viewing her work as a two-way journey of growth. While offering support and guidance, Ellie also learns from each client, making every experience enriching and impactful. She finds great reward in witnessing their progress, celebrating their successes, and walking alongside them on their unique paths. Outside of work, she is pursuing her master’s degree in Counseling and enjoys spending her free time reading!
Hannah Rathbun, RLT
Hannah joined our team in March 2026, bringing with her some experience in the ABA field. She is known for bringing a positive attitude into work daily. Hannah is currently pursuing a degree in Respiratory Therapy at Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) and is expected to graduate in Spring 2028. After completing her studies, Hannah plans to apply her skills in an ER setting at a local hospital. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
Marleen Issa, RLT
Marleen began her journey in the field Applied Behavioral Analysis in March 2026 and has already made a strong impression. She brings a fun-loving, enthusiastic attitude to her work with the kids and consistently shows a willingness to learn and grow. In such a short time, she has shown hard-work and dedication to developing her skills in ABA.
Jaelyn Morris, RLT
Jaelyn joined our team, April 2026 and has been working in ABA for a year now. She’s currently in school to obtain her Associates of Science in Nursing (ASN) at Bossier Parish community college. She plans to graduate and become a labor & delivery nurse. Jaelyn has always had a strong passion of working with kids. She’s determined, hardworking and enjoys getting to learn and grow every day. Jaelyn is happy to be a part of the team!
